  • Hoch hinaus: Als unser Servicetechniker (all) kommt es nicht selten vor, dass Du dein Arbeitsumfeld aus der Vogelperspektive betrachtest. Unsere Luftreiniger installieren wir in der Regel an den Decken und Wänden großer Hallen (egal ob Produktion oder Logistik). Deswegen bist Du auch schwindelfrei und hast durch Deine Technik-Power immer alles im Griff
  • Ein gutes Auge: Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Luftreiniger einen ausgezeichneten Job erledigen können. Deswegen wirfst Du bei Wartungen, Filterwechseln und Fehleranalysen immer ein Adlerauge auf alles. Dank Dir können unsere Kunden deshalb beruhigt durchatmen. Und das zu jeder Zeit
  • Du bist die Verstärkung: Unser Außendienst trägt einen unverzichtbaren Teil dazu bei, dass Unternehmen jeder Branche saubere Luft genießen dürfen. Du bist dabei mit ihr wichtigster Sparrings-Partner und unterstützt sie bei laufenden Projekten mit Deiner technischen Kompetenz
  • Einfach sorgfältig: Dir ist wichtig, dass alles seine Ordnung hat. Deswegen dokumentierst Du deine Tätigkeiten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System und erstattest regelmäßig Bericht im Rahmen unseres ganzheitlichen Service-Konzepts (dazu gehört die Protokollierung von Besuchen, Veränderungen, Gesprächen und Ähnliches)
  • Verantwortungsvoll: Du liebst es, Deine Woche so zu gestalten, dass alles unter einen Hut passt. Deswegen sorgst Du Dich komplett selbst um deine Termine und stellst sicher, dass Dein Kalender gepflegt ist

Passen wir zu Dir? Hier eine kleine Checkliste für Dich:

  • Deine Ausbildung hast Du in einem Bereich wie Haustechnik, Mechanik, Konstruktion, oder Ähnliches, abgeschlossen
  • Als Servicetechniker (all) hast Du idealerweise in der Montage- und Dienstleistungsbranche bereits an Deinen Superkräften feilen können
  • Die MS-Office-Anwendungen kennst Du vielleicht nicht wie Deine Westentasche, aber Du bist sicher im Umgang mit ihnen

  • Supporting the Manager Global Controlling & Pricing in all Controlling, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tasks for the Business Unit Clean Air Solutions
  • Building up responsibility for the global Production- and Market & Sales Controlling process
  • Further develop the business-specific Key Performance Indicator (KPI) portfolio, including KPI definition, software implementation and training
  • Optimizing and enhancing controlling processes, internal guidelines, and providing first-level support, as well as training to end-users for the BI applications in use

THE CHALLENGE

  • You’ll set the pace when it comes to Salesforce. You have the freedom and trust to develop processes, define workflows and always have an eye on new features and updates. Always with the goal in mind that we as a team can get the best results possible out of Salesforce.
  • You’ll bring together what belongs together. Whether it is Sales, Service, Marketing, Controlling or Pricing – you are the glue uniting all parties.
  • Your responsibilities will also include documenting work steps and solutions, as well as maintaining interfaces (for example to SAP or Pardot) and modules.
  • Since you will be our Salesforce guru, you will also offer regular training and advice to colleagues across the business. You will be the owner of associated processes and be the guardian of thorough and comprehensible process documentation.
  • As Process Owner for Salesforce, close cooperation with external software development partners is on your agenda as well as project management of future development.
  • And finally, if colleagues need 2nd level support, you’ll be the first port of call to offer them advice and support.


DOES THIS LOOK LIKE YOU?

  • You have at least 3 years of practical experience (ideally in an international B2B corporate environment) and a profound knowledge of Salesforce.
  • For a holistic understanding of your job, you may have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
  • You have a sound knowledge of MS Office and, as a plus, have even been able to gain experience with SAP.
  • For our brand-new position, it is important that you are a proactive personality who likes to approach other people, easily work with a range of personnel levels and understanding and let them benefit from your knowledge.
  • You are fluent in business English (German would be a big plus).
  • Traveling will also be part of your job. Therefore, you should be willing to travel regularly (approx. 20% of your working time).
  • You are a proactive, honest and resilient individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and able to work professionally under pressure.

Up for the task?

YOUR PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

  • To lead and manage the Service Operations for Zehnder’s Clean Air Solutions business in the UK and Ireland
  • To develop the Service Team in line with business growth and requirements, ensuring that Zehnder’s values are applied throughout.

YOUR KEY MEASURABLES

  • To ensure all new installations are completed in time and to specification in line with the agreed KPI’s
  • To ensure all service work is carried out promptly and in line with the agreed KPI’s
  • To deliver outstanding customer service resulting in excellent customer feedback, after all, we want to build and continue our ‘Customers for life’ focus.

THE CHALLENGE

  • To have a clear overview of all service and installations operations in the UK and Ireland and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently achieved
  • To develop and coach direct reports in their roles focussing on delivering an excellent customer experience, the work you and your colleagues do is vital to success of our cleaning solutions and customer relationships.
  • To take a proactive lead on Health and Safety ensuring best practice is understood and lived across the Service Team
  • To deliver Toolbox Talks on relevant topics and to ensure a culture of striving for best practice is lived across the team, no matter where they are.
  • To ensure management of all Services, Installations, unit movements records across the UK and Ireland markets using the systems provided
  • To attend vital pre-installation surveys with the Area Sales Managers to ensure the feasibility of new installations and to take the lead on the installation methods and process
  • To liaise with the factory to report any defects, deviations and to ensure service levels are continuously improved and kept to high standards
  • To ensure the correct equipment is ordered and present for all work at customer sites including the hire of high level access equipment where necessary
  • To ensure that both personal and Team’s PPE, vehicles and tools are properly maintained, protecting our employees, customers and partners is of the upmost importance.
  • To attend external and internal meetings both within the UK and abroad as required
  • To attend training as required and to be proactive regarding personal self-development
  • To lead by example by encouraging and developing productive cooperation between the Service and Sales Teams
  • To develop a working knowledge of the Zehnder Clean Air Solutions sales process
  • To be a friendly face of Zehnder Clean Air Solutions, someone who both the service teams, Country Managers and clients alike can trust.

DOES THIS LOOK LIKE YOU?

  • You have previous experience in a Service/Installations Management Role, this is an essential requirement.
  • Experience in working in a strong Health and Safety culture is essential, we don’t skip any corners here at Zehnder Clean Air Solutions.
  • Due to the nature of the business, a background in HVAC installations would be advantageous.
  • Our industrial units can be placed here, there and everywhere, so you must be comfortable working at height.
  • An MEWP Certification is also desirable.
  • Extensive travel across the UK and Ireland will be required to visit the teams and clients, up and down the country.
  • Computer literate including substantial knowledge of MS Office 365 is essential and previous use of a CRM or service delivery applications would be advantageous.
  • You’re a proactive, honest, organised and resilient individual who can lead our highly talented and successful service team whilst also being able to work professionally under pressure.
  • And finally, a full UK Driving Licence is required.
