Zehnder Group employs more than 3,400 employees worldwide.
Clean Air Solutions is suitable for a wide range of industrial sectors. Any business that runs the risk of contamination from dust and other airborne particles can benefit from our air purification systems. We work with logistics businesses, heavy industrial businesses, or companies operating in sensitive environments like food & beverage or medical – just to name a few.
Our business support team will conduct regular air quality measurements to make sure our clean air systems are delivering as promised. Prior to installation, we’ll conduct a measurement, to quantify the current dust levels in your facility. We’ll then conduct further dust measurements after installation, so you can see the impact our clean air systems have on your business.
All dust measurements are carried out with the help of an appliance called DustTrakTM – produced by our partner TSI.
Before we install our air cleaning units, we conduct holistic dust measurements to analyze the dust concentration in your facility. Based on this, we design a solution that suits your business’s specific needs. Usually, we install our units nearest to the dust source to capture particles before they can affect employees, machinery or goods.
Filter changes depend on the amount of dust in your facility. Usually, filter changes are necessary every 3, 6 or 9 months.
Our clean air service is designed to help you maintain air quality standards for as long as you are in business, in the most affordable and efficient way possible. Most customers trust our expertise to maintain their air quality and air cleaning units with our service option. We also offer an option to buy the units and still enjoy Zehnder expertise to maintain the units and ensure clean air over time.
Our air cleaning units absorb any kind of airborne particles. These include coarse particles, fine dust, fumes, bacteria and germs. Moreover, the units are able to capture oil, mist, and odors. In scientific terms, this means our air cleaners can absorb particle sizes of PM10, PM2.5 and PM1.
We offer air cleaners in four different sizes with varying dimensions and weight suitable for different kinds of working environments. More information on technical specifications can be found in our data sheets.
The noise level of the air cleaners depends on the airflow setting. Usually, you do not notice any noise during ongoing business operations. At optimum airflow setting, the noise level ranges from 59 dB(A) (CleanAir 3) to 64 dB(A) (CleanAir 12).
The energy consumption of each air cleaner depends on the airflow setting. Usually, it ranges from 157 W (CleanAir 3) to 410 . This means their electrical consumption is approx. 25 % of a traditional exhaust system.
Every business is unique, which is why we offer flexible installation options. Our air cleaning systems can be secured to ceilings, floors, walls, shelves or pillars.
Zehnder Clean Air Solutions uses a unique filter technology, called the Flimmer filter. It consists of thousands of polypropylene fibers that utilize electrostatic charge to capture large quantities of particles. The Flimmer filter is often combined with other kinds of filters to ensure the highest efficiency and longest lifespan.
Furthermore, our versatile installation options mean we can place our air filtration systems where they’re needed most based on your unique space.
Facilities do not have to meet special requirements to install Zehnder Clean Air Solutions. Most of our air purification systems operate via plug and play – clients only need to provide a 230V electrical connection.
We provide a full guarantee that applies as long as the units are in use.
